What do you know about health?

Sweating means to practice good

While sweating makes your heart work more and burn more calories, increase the risk of injury. So instead of showing you the goal of exercise is to sweat a lot, you should try to avoid excessive perspiration during exercise. Why? The energy required for cooling the body comes from the sweat glands, which lie just below the skin.

Metabolizable energy used for secretion of sweat and more energy is drained from the body in the form of sweat, means that less energy is left for the muscles and other bodily functions. Therefore, the more you sweat, the less effective your muscles, and thus an exercise.

If it hurts, do not bother enough
Minor aches and pains are expected when exercising, especially if the body is no longer of exercise, but the pain should not be unbearable. Remember, pain is the way the body tells us that something is not quite right and it's a sign to stop doing what you're doing.

Never drink water while exercising
Wrong! You should always make up for supplies of water while you exercise, and if you feel like you've lost water should be replaced immediately. This is important because the cells in your body have enough water to get rid of toxins.

When cells do not have enough water then struggle to perform functions until the water is up to you. When this happens, your muscles are hard to follow and as a result the heart is hard.

Avoid late meals is to avoid weight gain
If you eat late at night your body will store more fat, it was thought until now. However, a study by Dunn Human Nutrition, eating a meal at night does not mean that your body will store more fat, but it is the total amount of food eaten during a 24-hour period, which is significant.

Potato is the enemy
Carbohydrate restriction is really emphasized in the implementation of certain diets, but now I know I like potatoes, rice and pasta as the preferred source of energy. To prevent weight gain, however, is an important exercise and a proper balanced diet.

Skipping breakfast will help with weight loss
Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day! When you sleep eight hours your body needs energy to function properly. And although those who skip breakfast are able to compensate for the energy needs later in the day, they probably will not get all the vitamins and minerals you can get breakfast.

Bananas are the best source of energy and potassium
They are a good source, but there is still some debate as to whether bananas have a high glycemic index, which raises blood sugar and interfere with long-term energy levels. If you are looking for an alternative choice, celery contains more potassium, more balanced form of energy and nutrition.

Caffeine drinks are a good source of energy
Energy drinks can give instant energy, but reports suggest that they are also associated with nausea and irregular work of the heart.

In 2008, the Journal of American College Health published a report on the connection between energy drinks and risky behavior such as unprotected sex, drug abuse and violence.

Interrupted sleep will lead to bad moods
In fact, the opposite is true - if you wake up bright sunlight, it can increase your energy for the day. It is believed that this is due to the fact that the light stimulates the neurotransmitters in the brain, which in turn improves mood and motivation.
