Make yourself a cure against a cold

Did you know that the medicines for fever, coughing and sneezing are all around us? Learn to make your own healthy drinks that are great allies in the fight against colds.

Pomegranate syrup
500 grams of pomegranate wash in tap water, cut in half, drizzle with 3 ounces of pure apple juice and let stand overnight so.
