Food for relaxation


There are foods that are much more effective than tranquilizers. In fact, when you feel close to the break, eat a slice of orange, a little almond or a sandwich with turkey.


When you're under pressure, dangerously close to the breaking or just feel miserable and depressed, it's best to handle the appropriate foods proven to reduce stress. Believe it or not, a few slices of orange, a handful of almonds or turkey sandwich do wonders for your mood, it says "Press"

Oranges
Various studies have shown that vitamin C reduces the level of stress and return blood pressure and cortisol to normal levels after a stressful situation. However, vitamin C and provides many other benefits, among others, and is known to strengthen the immune system.

Sweet Potatoes

Avocado

Dried apricots
