Home remedies as first aid

Ginger cures nausea as it has medicinal properties and can relieve nausea and vomiting in pregnancy. Surely it is taken in small quantities.

Garlic lowers blood pressure if it is consumed by 1-3 months in a row. It also slows the hardening and narrowing of the arteries which can lead to heart disease and heart attacks.

Soy reduces cholesterol levels because of its high dose of protein. If soy is consumed daily can reduce excessive sweating.

Of peppermint oil in small quantities can help digestive problems such as cramping, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and shut up.

Cranberry juice is used to prevent urinary tract infections caused by bacteria such as E. Coli. It also stops the growth of stomach ulcers and reduces the incidence of dental plaque.
