What is your type of headache?

Stress, hormonal imbalance, dehydration or excessive consumption of painkillers can cause headaches.According to the World Health Organization, migraine is the 12th location of all health conditions that most affect women.

To help yourself, it is important to determine which type of headache comes.

* Migraine is very easy to recognize because the pain is so intense and can last for hours. Triggers can be different kinds of food such as cheese or chocolate. If the migraines persist after a while, it is necessary to seek medical help.

* The most common form of tension headache, which suffers from 75 percent of all patients. Is assumed to be caused by stress and anxiety. The pain occurs not only in the brain but also in the neck and shoulders.

Headaches that occur in PMS often begins several days before menstruation and is associated with bloating and cramps.

Headaches associated with drugs commonly occurs in the morning, when pills can completely stop the previous day. Sometimes it is enough to change the drug which takes longer.

* Caffeine headaches are mostly found over the weekend, when more lies around in bed, so after we take a larger amount of coffee.
